Without the car camping add on, attendees will be permitted to enter with their vehicles to drop off their camp stuff but must park in the field by the venue main entrance once unloaded.

RVs will be provided service for the duration of the event, including water and electric by the venue. Payment is due at the gate and made directly to the venue.

Terms & Conditions

I consent to hold the venue, event organizers, and any other responsibility party for this event harmless in the event of any accident, emergency, or injury that results from my voluntary participation in this event.

I consent to participate in the Evening Star event and my participation is strictly voluntary. I agree to obtain consent from others before engaging in any interpersonal activities. If at any time consent is withdrawn I agree to discontinue the actions which are no longer consensual.

I consent to be asked to leave the event if at any time I am found to be in violation of any of the festival rules, local, state or federal laws.

I consent to be treated medically in the event of an emergency during which I am unable to respond for myself or are incapable of making my own decision for a variety of reasons which my incapacitate my ability to make decisions regarding my own treatment or medical care. I acknowledge that any efforts to provide access such treatment will be provided in good faith by any responsible parties.

I consent to leaving the event venue no later than September 30th, 2024 at 12pm EST and a failure to do so could result in removal from the property at my own expense. I also consent to removing all of my personal property from the venue and properly disposing of all personal waste.
