I agree to show up on time for my volunteer shift and stay for the duration of my shift.

I agree to show up for my volunteer shift of sound mind and body, prepared to do the work required, and fully capable of functioning in the capacity I am required.

I agree to abide by all of the festival rules, local, state and federal laws.

I acknowledge that by volunteering for the event that does not employ any partnership, employment or ownership of the event and that my role is strictly in support of the charitable event.

I will notify the volunteer coordinator promptly of any issue that arises during my shift, any injury, violation of festival rules or laws that is observed during volunteer shifts.
